How much does a trademark application with a lawyer cost?
The application fees for the trademark office (DPMA = German Trademark Office, EUIPO = European Trademark Office, IGE = Swiss Trademark Office) are always the same, regardless of whether a lawyer is involved or not. A German trademark always costs at least EUR 290, while an EU trademark costs at least EUR 850. When dealing with a trademark attorney, it depends on how many similar trademarks already exist and how long the examination takes. It is best to ask here free of charge how time-consuming the examination will be.
